Beauty matters. Throughout my voyages across the west I have wandered through parts of nature that were at times so profound, I felt compelled to capture its essence. Inspired by the craftsmanship of Native American Beading I set out to create a handmade collection wherein which each piece translates a singular moment, sentiment, or visual that I've carried with me. The desert bestows a unique landscape; Vast, layered, and evident in each detail, is the product of time. 

The Native Range represents a conviction to create, and cultivate with intention. My work is the product of careful, quiet hours spent focused on the contribution - both from myself and the addition of my piece to your story. Growing up in Southern California, I've recognized and received the energy of the west coast that speaks to the spirit and encourages the appreciation of what the earth offers us. The ocean, like the desert has the ability to move us forward while reminding us the importance of all that came before. 

Stories are best told over time. Each of my pieces are first created in my journal, once the pattern best replicates my vision, I use a traditional bead loom and hand stitch each thread. I cut the leather, brand the tag, wrap each gift, and send them forward with a wish. Thank you for viewing my work.
